DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. TERMS OF ORDERING AND DELIVERY
We ship items from stock. Out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible. Part deliveries at no extra cost will be dispatched in some cases. If you do not wish to receive part deliveries, please indicate so when you place your order.
- Extra costs that arise from non-accepted (C.O.D) or neglected parcels (incl. returns), and incomplete or false postal addresses will be billed to the customer.
- Should an item be temporarily unavailable or no longer available we will contact the customer by email in order to find a replacement title or to cancel the order. If the customer cannot be contacted because of an invalid or missing email address the order will either remain open until the item is available again, or we might cancel the order at our own will.
- All items are factory-sealed, except where otherwise stated.
- The customer is solely responsible for the choice of items.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
- Generally, orders are final and cannot be cancelled. However, should we decide in favor of a cancellation we reserve the right to charge an annullation fee of $10.
- Orders will be shipped with the carrier mentionned on the order form or any other carrier that offers the same services. Lost shipments do not give customers the right to withdraw from their contractual obligations. In any case, lost goods will be shipped again at our cost.
2. CREDIT CARD POLICY
The total amount of your order will not be charged to your credit card before your order is ready to ship (this includes part deliveries). Your credit card will be charged in USD (US Dollars) by our Swiss Service Provider "CLASSIC LINK". The charge will appear under that name on your card statement.
3. RETURN POLICY
Items with factory defects will only be replaced if we are notified within 10 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted if our customer department has been notified by Email in advance. You will then receive an RMA number (Return Authorisation). Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Absolutely no refunds/replacements on items that do not meet customer satisfaction. Postage costs will not be refunded.
